In size NM:120/SIZE:19, this version is especially well suited to heavy, multi-layer woven and knit fabrics as well as technical textiles. A sewing thread in the range Nm 50/2 to Nm 40/2 is usually suitable, e.g. from Amann Serafil (polyester) or Rasant (polyester/cotton).
