BLUKOLD (BLUK)
Special needle with a roughened, phosphated surface and subsequent Teflon coating.
Melt residue does not settle on this coating, or only much later than on e.g. chrome-plated needles. The needle stays clean longer – skipped stitches and thread breakage are minimized.
Applications:
- Synthetic materials
- Materials with a high synthetic content
- Materials with special finishes
Use:
Before using the needle on light-coloured materials, sew a test seam of approx. 50 cm so that the slight Teflon abrasion does not affect the quality of the finished product.
Colour changes on the needle during use have no effect on its function or usability.
