The needle of system 35:15 has a normal round point for working woven and knit fabrics. It is used in industrial lockstitch and general-purpose sewing machines for everyday garment and textile manufacturing. Suitable machine classes are found, among others, at Juki (classes LK, LU, LUH, LK - 1850 G), Pfaff (classes 3125, 3126, 3135, 3136) and Singer (classes 11263, 11, 16, 22).
At strength NM:100/SIZE:16, this version is especially well suited to light, fine woven and knit fabrics such as blouse and shirt fabrics. A sewing thread in the range Nm 50/2 to Nm 40/2 is usually suitable, e.g. from Amann Serafil or Rasant (polyester).
