The SCHMETZ sewing machine needle 130/705 H PCL | 130 PCL NM:80/SIZE:12 (10 needles) (CANU 22:15YL2 NM80 BR10) unfortunately no longer produced! We therefore recommend that you stock up sufficiently, because in most cases you will no longer be able to use your sewing machine without the right needles.
In the textile industry, an average consumption of 100-200 needles per machine and year is expected.

Because unfortunately we no longer have any stocks of this needle, a special production lot of at least the amount of units specified for the minimum order is required for replacement. If you need these needles industrially, it can definitely be worthwhile for you to give us a production order with your order. In most cases we can realize one.
Your order tells us that you intend to initiate such a production lot. We will then immediately clarify the feasibility and delivery time for you with the factory. On average, the delivery time for such a customer special production lot is 6-12 months.

If you need a smaller quantity, please send us an e-mail specifying the desired needle (system, thickness, CANU ) and the desired number of packs of 10. We will then clarify for you worldwide in all warehouses known to us whether remaining quantities of these needles are still available.

COATING	NICKEL or CHROME PLATED The nickel-plated needle will be the standard for household sewing machines until the end of 2020. After that, Schmetz will slowly convert production to "chrome-plated", as has been the standard for industrial needles for decades.

MATERIAL TYPE	LEATHER, TARPS & FOILS Leather, imitation leather, tarps and foils are closed textiles that have to be ""pierced"" for sewing. This is why needles with cutting tips are usually used for this. Cutting tips penetrate the material much more easily than displacement tips and thus counteract resistance and heating. Cutting points should never be used on woven and knitted fabrics, otherwise the threads can be cut, causing holes.
