The DBXK5 STR needle (needle system DBXK5) has a Schiffli special point for working woven and knit fabrics. It is used in industrial embroidery machines. Suitable machine classes are found, among others, at Brother (classes BAS, BAS -401, BAS -410, BAS -411), Tajima (classes MLHII, TEHX, TEJT, TFGN) and ZSK (classes 169, 172 to 175, 201 to 224, J).
In size NM:100/SIZE:16, this version is especially well suited to dense embroidery on heavy fabrics such as denim, terry cloth or caps. An embroidery thread in size No. 30 and heavier is usually suitable, e.g. Amann Isacord.
