The needle of system 780 has a normal round point for working woven and knit fabrics. It is used in industrial lockstitch and general-purpose sewing machines for everyday garment and textile manufacturing. Suitable machine classes are found, among others, at Gute (classes 781 Hand Stitch Sewing Machine, 781 D, 782 D, 783 D) and Conti Complett (classes 780, 781). At strength NM:140/SIZE:22, this version is especially well suited to medium-weight standard woven and knit fabrics for everyday garment production.
